Training courses include:
- NeuralStar Operator Course
This three hour course provides a thorough overview of how to use the NeuralStar Network Status and Control (NSAC) application. It emphasizes the skills necessary for an operator to view, acknowledge and clear alarms, and to view and interpret graphical representations of the network. This course is available in the standard NSAC or WebAdvisor version.
- NeuralStar Administrator Course
This course provides a thorough overview of the NeuralStar framework, and emphasizes the skills necessary to install, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain a NeuralStar runtime system.
- NeuralStar Developer Course
This course emphasizes the skills necessary to implement a NeuralStar solution from start to completion. Exercises completed during the course provide the student with experience developing NeuralStar service assurance and inventory reconciliation solutions.
